Shipping in Australia

$8.95 Flat rate STANDARD shipping (Approx 3 - 15 working days)

$15 Flat rate EXPRESS shipping (Approx 1 – 5 working days)

 Your order will be processed within 3 business days of your purchase and your tracking number emailed to you for peace of mind.

International shipping

$25 Flat rate NEW ZEALAND shipping (Approx 7 - 15 working days)

$35 Flat rate INTERNATIONAL shipping (Approx 7 - 21 working days depending on your location)

International orders will be processed within 3 business days of your purchase and your tracking number sent to you via email.

Please note I am the Animal is not responsible for any delivery delays including flight cancellations.

Some countries may charge fees, taxes and import duties. These are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with customs service in your destination country to see if charges apply.

Sustainable shipping

At I am the Animal it is important to us that every aspect of our business is 100% Vegan and as Ethical and Sustainable as humanly possible. This includes right down to the packaging, labeling and even sticky tape used for shipping.

Orders are shipped in 100% compostable mailing bags. (Including the labels)

Made from Cornstarch and PBAT (A composting ingredient which bonds the renewable ingredients together)

Guilt free and Australian owned, the eco mailer will break down within 3-4 months in commercial compost or 6 months in a home compost.

Meets both Australia’s domestic and commercial composting standards.

Where necessary we use recyclable cardboard boxes to protect fragile items, compostable labels and stickers. If needed we use a compostable sticky tape- Composticky.

Note: Boxed items too large for compostable bags will be sent in recyclable cardboard boxes only.

All deliveries are carbon neutral.

Missing or lost packages

Please notify us at roar@iamtheanimal.com.au if your tracking number becomes inactive or your order has not arrived in the time frame specified for your location.

In the event that the package is deemed lost by the delivery company, a new order will be dispatched as soon as possible.
