Our Returns Policy
Incorrectly purchased and change of mind purchases can be returned for an exchange if contacted within 15 days of receipt of delivery.
SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE EXCLUDED
I am the Animal does not offer refunds unless goods are deemed faulty.
Products must be returned in original saleable condition or they cannot be exchanged:
- Any tags must still attached
- Item must be in original packaging.
- Items must be unused, unworn and have not been washed. Any item dirtied, stained or odorous (smoke, animal hair/fur) cannot be returned.
How to Return
To start a return please contact roar@iamtheanimal.com.au
State your order number, why you would like to return and the item you would like to exchange for.
You will be contacted via email with further instructions.
Please safely package and post the item within 5 days of email confirmation. All packages must be returned with tracking. I am the Animal takes no responsibility for untracked packages in the event they are lost.
Note: If you are reporting a faulty item, your email should state the fault and contain several clear and precise photos of the fault. Consumer guarantees do not cover damage to products caused by misuse, accident or abnormal use.
Return Costs
- The cost of the return shipping is to paid on your behalf and is not reimbursable.
- The original cost of shipping is non-refundable.
- There will be a shipping charge of $8.95 to send the new item to you. Otherwise a credit note will be issued for the original amount purchased.
When will I get my new item
After the item has been received by us the return will be inspected within 3 days. Your new item will then be shipped or a credit note will be issued via email. If you have returned an item in unsaleable condition we will notify you with your options to proceed.
